Who Is EFX?

Our Core Technologies: Stacker Cranes + Four-Way Shuttles

EFX focuses on two core technologies: stacker-crane AS/RS systems and four-way shuttle AS/RS systems. These are the two solution platforms in which we have the deepest expertise and the strongest focus.

Stacker cranes are the key lifting and transport equipment in automated storage and retrieval systems and are a defining component of high-bay warehouses. EFX offers both pallet stacker cranes and tote/box stacker cranes, available in standard configurations as well as custom-engineered versions. From BYD new-energy projects and the Dai Dong Textile fabric-roll warehouse in Vietnam to SANY Heavy Industry raw-material warehouses and the RIVIAN vehicle project in the United States, stacker cranes have consistently been a core part of our delivered solutions.

Four-way shuttles are an ideal choice for high-density storage. They can travel forward, backward, left, and right, change direction within the racking, and move across aisles. This makes them particularly well suited to high-density applications with a large number of SKUs and demanding throughput requirements. In projects including the Fuda Alloy high-density storage system, the Shenghui Photographic Equipment finished-goods warehouse, and the CITIC Bank archive warehouse, four-way shuttles have played a central role in significantly increasing storage density within limited space.

Conveyors, AGVs, and Other Supporting Equipment

What about conveyors, AGVs, and RGVs? These are essential supporting components of a complete automated warehouse.

A complete smart warehousing solution requires more than core storage equipment. Conveyors move goods from inbound stations to pickup or handoff points, while AGVs or RGVs handle material transfer between different areas of a facility. If conveyors are the "circulatory system" and AGVs are the "hands and feet," then the stacker crane or four-way shuttle is the "heart." All of these supporting technologies are configured around the core stacker-crane or four-way-shuttle system to serve the overall warehouse operation.

International Business: Focused on Southeast Asia

Our current international focus is primarily on Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam and Thailand, while we have also successfully delivered projects in the United States and Malaysia.

Representative international projects include:

Dai Dong Textile Fabric-Roll Warehouse, Vietnam: One of EFX's representative overseas projects. The AS/RS is 10 meters high and uses two custom stacker cranes designed for fabric rolls more than 3 meters long and 1.2 meters in diameter. The equipment was manufactured in China and shipped to Vietnam for on-site assembly and commissioning, with key components sourced from leading international brands. The project addressed the customer's previous challenges in fabric storage and inventory counting, improved the working environment, and increased management efficiency.

Wawasan Agrolipids Raw-Material Warehousing & Conveyor System, Malaysia: The system automates inbound and outbound handling of raw materials and enables accurate, timely delivery to production lines. This helps ensure a continuous and stable material supply and supports efficient, uninterrupted production.

RIVIAN New-Energy Vehicle Project, California, USA: The delivered solution meets UL requirements and includes stacker cranes, conveyors, and project implementation services. We are currently also coordinating with an integrator on a VOLVO project.

Domestic Business: Nationwide Coverage in China

Our domestic business covers China nationwide. Representative customers include BYD (Shanghai, Wuwei, Hefei, Chuzhou, Ningxiang, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Qinghai, Luhe, and other locations), LG Battery (Nanjing), Farasis Energy (Zhenjiang), SANY Heavy Industry (Xuzhou), TCL CSOT (Huizhou), CITIC Bank (Wuxi), CNOOC (Hainan), and China National Nuclear Corporation (Yibin), among others.

Maintenance and Modernization for Installed Systems

In addition to new-build projects, EFX provides maintenance, upgrades, and modernization services for existing automated warehouses. Drawing on our deep understanding of the full lifecycle of our own equipment and strong in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, we provide OEM-level maintenance, key component replacement, system performance optimization, software version upgrades, and modernization of aging equipment.
